Super Simple Nacho Cheese!

  This is easy to make and great for garnishing dishes or dipping!
2 cups of grated sharp cheddar cheese
(I throw in different kinds of cheese depending on the dish)
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of milk
2 tablespoons of flour
2 tablespoons of butter

Melt Butter in Saucepan at low heat.
Add flour to melted butter and whisk until completely dissolved.
Pour Milk into the mixture and stir until thick. 
Dump in cheese and stir until dissolved…again :)

Pour onto Pretzels, Nachos, etc, 
etc…lick your lips!
